14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after 14 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All original tags, including security tags and designer labels, must be fully attached and intact.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

Free Returns

Returns are 100% free for our customers. We do not charge any return shipping fees, restocking fees, or administrative fees.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@ggtmi.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

  4. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at info@ggtmi.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
